On June 16-17, 2023, MedGence participated in the Conference on High-Quality Development of Healthcare Industry & the 8th Summit for China Pharmaceutical R&D Innovation, which was held successfully in Chongqing.

First of all, on the opening ceromony, the "2022 China Pharmaceutical R&D Strength Ranking" series of lists were released and MedGence was honored as one of the "2023 Top 20 Pharmaceutical CRO Enterprises in China"!
The "2023 Pharmaceutical CRO Enterprises in China" was selected by the CRO Ranking Expert Review Committee based on 10 indicators and multiple dimensions, such as annual total revenue (operating revenue), annual revenue growth (%), net profit, net profit growth (%), R&D investment, R&D investment growth (%), staff size, staff size growth (%), brand awareness (voting score), and segment leadership, etc. MedGence, as a leading one-stop TCM new medicine development company, won the award “2023 Top 20 Pharmaceutical CRO Enterprises in China”, demonstrated its ability and strength.
In the mean time, as a leader of TCM CXO, Dr. Yi Yueneng, the Chairman & General manager of MedGence, was invited to attend the Eighth Summit for China Pharmaceutical R&D Innovation and delivered a speech on “Starting from the End - Strategies for the Development of New Chinese Medicine”. She pointed out that at present, the top-level design of Chinese medicine development has been accelerated and improved, the policy environment has been continuously optimized and the support has been increased, and Chinese medicine has ushered in a golden age. She also sorted out the policy environment, research and development process, and application situation of the development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry in the new era, demonstrated the internal logical relationship, analyzed the outstanding problems that still exist in the current development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry, and proposed feasible countermeasures.
Then, Dr. Yi Yueneng, as the host of the roundtable forum on “Is the Spring of Chinese Medicine New Product R&D Coming”, jointly discussed the trends and challenges of R&D and innovation of Chinese medicine with the industry players. As the main co-organizer, MedGence has always been rooted in the pharmaceutical industry, actively exploring, constantly innovating, promoting the development of the industry, and continuing to serve the pharmaceutical companies all around China.
